Terms and Conditions

1. Identification of the service provider

In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the service is provided by:

2. Purpose of the contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of online training services offered through the website escuelapce.com.

  • The contract implies personal, non-transferable and individual access to digital content, training materials and academic services through the virtual platform.
  • The user declares that they are acting as a consumer and end user, outside the scope of a business or professional activity.

3. Procurement procedure

The hiring process is carried out through:

  • Course selection.
  • Completion of the registration form with truthful information.
  • Express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by means of a specific box.
  • Making the payment through the available means.
  • The contract will be considered formalized when the payment is confirmed and the user is sent a confirmation email on a durable medium, which will include a summary of the essential terms.

4. Duration of access

Access to the course is personal, non-transferable and individual, exclusive to the enrolled user.

Access will last from activation until the date specified in the course details or contract. This duration will be clearly indicated on the course page and during the purchase process.

Once the deadline has passed, PCE Escuela a Distancia, SL (hereinafter, «Escuela PCE») will deactivate access to paid content, retaining only the data necessary to comply with legal obligations (billing, claims, etc.) for the applicable periods, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.


5. Price and payment method

All prices shown do not include applicable VAT. 

Available payment methods: bank transfer; credit/debit card with enhanced authentication systems (3D Secure) and Paypal.

Access to the course will be activated once payment is confirmed. Escuela PCE It does not store card data or make recurring charges without express consent.


6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal will not apply when the performance of the digital service has begun with the consumer's prior and express consent and with their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal. However, Escuela PCE It allows withdrawal within 14 calendar days of contracting, without the need for justification and without penalty. provided that the user has not accessed the course or started the execution of the service.

To exercise this right, the user must communicate their decision through an unequivocal statement (to the email address info@escuelapce.com) before starting access. The refund will be made through the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 days from verification. If this right is not properly explained, the period will be extended to 12 months, although Escuela PCE It guarantees clear information in the purchase process and confirmation email.


7. Start of service and coconsent

During the registration process, the user must tick a separate box (not pre-ticked) stating: “I expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once access to the course has begun, I will lose my right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 103.m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).” This consent will be confirmed in the course activation email.


8. Correct use of the service

The user agrees to:

  • Do not share login credentials with third parties.
  • Do not reproduce, distribute or resell the contents, as this could constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
  • Make individual and exclusive use of the platform.
  • Failure to comply may result in the proportional suspension of the service (with prior notice except in serious cases) and, where appropriate, legal action, without prejudice to claims for damages.
9. Warranty, conformity and incidents

Escuela PCE This guarantees that the service will conform to the offer and will allow access to the content during the established period. In case of a technical issue or non-conformity, the user must notify info@escuelapce.com within a maximum of 30 days. Escuela PCE We commit to responding within a maximum of 5 business days and attempting to resolve the issue within 10 business days, which may be extended for justified reasons. If the incident prevents access for more than 20% of the contracted period, equivalent compensation will be offered (extended access or a reasonable alternative).


10. Claims

For formal complaints, contact info@escuelapce.com or the registered office. Escuela PCE It responds to the Consumer Office of the Community of Madrid and will provide a complaint form if necessary. Information is provided on any applicable voluntary codes of conduct.


11. Overwhelming force

Escuela PCE will not be liable for breaches arising from force majeure causes pursuant to article 1105 of the Civil Code.


12. ODR Platform

The European online dispute resolution platform is made available to the consumer: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.


13. Legislation and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
