What are the requirements of the universities of Andalusia?
To study at an Andalusian university you must meet these criteria:
- Homologize the high school diploma.
- Achieve an admission grade higher than the cut-off grade for the degree you want to access. To do this, the best way to ensure a good grade is to present the Specific Competence Tests. This Selectivity is not mandatory, but necessary for most access degrees. Specifically, all those with cut notes greater than 5. To obtain the highest grade it is necessary to present 5 or 6 subjects.
- It is not necessary to take the PCE test, but it is more advisable than taking the EBAU test. The main reason is that the PCE test is simpler and is adapted to foreign high school graduates, while the EBAU is aimed at Spaniards. Another important point is that the PCE exams can be taken in many countries, while the EBAU only in Spain.
- It can be accessed through the Foreigners Phase no exam, but places are limited, that is, there is no guarantee that it will be possible to enter the chosen degree through this route, given the high demand. Therefore, the best option is to go for the ordinary test in June.

If I want to study directly at a university in Andalusia, is it mandatory to do part of Mathematics other than PCE?
It is not necessary, although it may be the best option.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
I studied in Malaysia and have my homolgation marks already, and I also did one PCE subject and passed, which is English in the previous year. So I would like to know if I am able to get admitted through the ordinary intake in Andalucia, or will I have to take the extraordinary intake?
Hello Ernest. The regular exam session is taking place right now. You can apply for the special exam session to receive a valid entrance grade this year.
