PCE UNEDasiss 2025 exam registration instructions

In this article we explain how to register for the PCE UNEDasiss exams of access to the Spanish university step by step. The process consists of four parts:

1. Sign up for the UNEDasiss service.
2. Request services for exams.
3. Pay the exam and secretarial fees.
4. Attach documentation.

Before registration

1. Know the university requirements where we want to study the university degree.

2. Choose the PCE subjects correctly.

3. View the exam and registration dates of the UNEDASISS call.

4. If you have already introduced yourself before, you do not have to register in UNEDasiss (step 1).

5. The waiting time for the keys to be sent to you by email can vary from a few minutes to a few hours. Be patient. If you have not received your credential within 24 hours, write to unedasiss@adm.uned.es

6. Payment can be made by credit card (recommended) or by bank deposit.

8. The final price depends on the contracted services. For some students it will be more, due to the requirements requested by the destination university. It will range between 150 and 250 euros.

Required Documentation

For students from the European Union or educational systems with a reciprocity agreement, the general documentation will be:

• Certified copy of the academic records of the last two pre-university courses
• Certified copy of the document that certifies access to the university in the educational system of origin. 

For the rest of the educational systems, the general documentation will be:

• Legalized copy of the academic records of the last two pre-university courses. (Hague Apostille or legalization through diplomatic channels)
• Document that certifies the approval of studies to the Spanish baccalaureate or document if requested.
• If the language of the documents is not Spanish, they must be translated.

How to register

To start registration you have to click on the uned login, which will take you to the UNEDasiss platform:

Then, fill in your information and request the services.

to. Processing. The normal way will be Individual, although if you do it with an academy it may be through a Managing Entity. If you are a student of Escuela PCE, ask at the secretary's office about the service.

b. We will fill in the data about our issued baccalaureate and we will put in "Type of Admission requirement" the one indicated according to the university. It could be EBAU, if they ask us for 6 subjects, like Barcelona, ​​or High School Modality, if they ask us for 4, like Madrid.

c. University admission qualification: We will mark it if necessary, according to the criteria of the destination university.

d. Baccalaureate modality: necessary requirement for the universities of Madrid and Castilla y León. We will have to mark the necessary itinerary to be able to access the race we want to access. Social sciences, Sciences, Humanities…

e. Specific Competence Tests: We will mark the ones we have to do, according to the criteria we have to meet.

f. Language accreditation. It is only required at the universities of Madrid, Galicia and La Rioja for students who come from non-Spanish speaking educational systems.

g. Payments. You can pay by card or at the bank. We recommend, if you can, that it be by card, since payment is made instantly and you will be able to see the exam dates and time on the receipt from that moment on. If you do it through a bank, you will have to print the receipt, go to the bank and wait a few days for the transfer to reach its destination.

h. the shelter It's all you need for him exam day, along with your ID. Your personal information, subjects you are going to take and the time and day of the tests will be indicated there.
